Troubleshooting
Plan shows "Active" in app but no data▾
On Android, confirm the Nomad APN is selected as the active APN. Go to Settings → SIMs → Nomad → Access Point Names and tap the Nomad entry to select it.
Call/SMS not working▾
Nomad data-only plans do not include voice or SMS. Enable Wi-Fi Calling through your home SIM, or use WhatsApp/FaceTime Audio over data.
