Setup & APN Settings
APN configures automatically on iOS when you install the eSIM carrier profile. Manual entry is rarely needed.
Setup Steps
- 1Go to Settings → Mobile Data (or Cellular) → tap your Saily eSIM line.
- 2Ensure "Data Roaming" is toggled ON.
- 3If prompted, confirm the carrier settings update.
- 4Toggle Airplane Mode off and on to force a network reconnect.
Troubleshooting
Data roaming is on but I have no internet▾
Open the Saily app, go to My eSIMs, and confirm the plan is "Active". If it shows "Installed", tap Activate. Then toggle airplane mode.
Hotspot is not working▾
Check Settings → Personal Hotspot. If greyed out, go to Mobile Data → your Saily line → Mobile Data Options and enable "Allow More Data on 5G".
eSIM installed but showing "No Service"▾
Ensure your device is unlocked from your home carrier. Visit Settings → General → About — if a carrier lock prompt appears, your device needs to be unlocked first.
