Troubleshooting
APN auto-config not working on iOS▾
MTX Connect requires manual APN entry on some iOS versions. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → MTX Connect → Mobile Data Options → Mobile Data Network → enter "internet.mtxc.eu" in the APN field.
No coverage in Eastern Europe▾
MTX Connect covers 15 European countries. Outside this zone, data will not work. Check the coverage map on the MTX Connect dashboard before traveling.
